The National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) has published the schedule for the Theory Exams for Class 10 and Class 12 occurring in April 2026. The schedule is publicly available on their website (www.nios.ac.in).
The Theory Exams will begin on April 10, 2026 and will be held in various selected locations throughout the country. All students registered for the Class 10 or Class 12 exams can view the date(s) and subject(s) of their exams via NIOS's official website.

The Practical Exams for Grades 10 and 12 will be over soon as the last exam will occur between March 17th and April 1st, 2026. The exams will begin for all subjects on April 10, 2026, and according to the complete calendar published on March 25, 2026, the majority of exams will occur in the afternoon (generally between 2:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.) and will conclude with the last theoretical exam on May 6, 2026 for both classes (theoretical only). The timetable includes exams from many different subject areas for both Grades 10 and 12.
