CBSE Class 10th, 12th Admit Cards released

Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has issued admission cards for students taking board examinations in Class 10 and Class 12 for the year 2026. The students will take the board examination in both Class 10 and Class 12 on 17 February 2026. Only upon presentation of their CBSE admission cards will students be allowed to enter the examination room and sit for their respective board examinations. Admission cards can be collected from schools by CBSE schools. 

Each admission card issued for the 2026 board examinations will include information such as student name, roll number, school number, center number, photo, subject(s) enrolled with corresponding codes, exam dates, ID number, date of birth, and name of exam. Because the CBSE will hold two sets of examinations within one academic year, Class 10 students will be experiencing a new pattern in the 2026 academic year. 

The two phases of the 2026 class 10 examination series are to be conducted from 17 Feb to 10 Mar 2026 (first phase) and from 15 May to 01 June 2026 (second phase, optional). Additionally, all important information (including the name and address of the examination location) along with instructions regarding compliance with official regulations during the examination itself will be provided.
