"As per officials on Wednesday, the registration process for the MBA course in Jawaharlal Nehru University's Atal Bihari Vajpayee School of Management and Entrepreneurship (ABVSME) is likely to conclude by May 15, thereby signaling the beginning of the second round of the admission process. The first week of April was when the present academic year's MBA course registration process began.”
"Group discussion and personal interview are the next rounds that are expected to begin soon. Classes will commence by the second week of July, and the entire process is expected to conclude by the end of May," an official informed PTI."
The eligibility criteria mentioned are that the selection will be done on the basis of the candidate's CAT score (70 percent), group discussion (10 percent), and personal interview (20 percent). "In addition, general, EWS, and OBC category applicants should pay a fee of Rs 2,000 via online methods while applying, whereas applicants from the SC, ST, and Divyang (differently abled) categories should pay a fee of Rs 1,000," added the officials.
As per the officials, the Atal Incubation Centre of JNU has been established with the objective of encouraging entrepreneurship and enterprises through case studies under the NEP 2020. The ABVSME had inaugurated the first MBA batch in 2019.
