DTU signs MoU with American university for research opportunities

To strengthen their academic and research cooperation, Delhi Technological University (DTU) and the University of Houston (UH) inked a five-year Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). If necessary, the agreement will be renewed in 2030 with the goal of promoting knowledge sharing, cooperative research, and more chances for students.
UH and DTU will work together on joint research and educational initiatives as part of this partnership. Faculty and students will be able to collaborate on academic projects, share academic publications, and take part in research exchanges.
Additionally, the host school will offer students paid internships and cooperative placements.
Provost Diane Z. Chase, UH Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs, Pradeep Sharma, Dean of UH Cullen College of Engineering, Prateek Sharma, and Pravir Kumar, Dean of International Affairs of DTU, signed the Memorandum of Understanding.
"University of Houston partners with the world's best institutions, and DTU is not an exception," Chase said. "Universities and the communities in which they are located both benefit from this. A long and fruitful partnership with one of India's most prestigious academies excites me.
