DSEU Launches Industrial Consultancy Framework 2026 to Strengthen Industry–Academia Engagement

New Delhi, September 3, 2026: Delhi Skill and Entrepreneurship University (DSEU) today officially launched its Industrial Consultancy Framework 2026 at an Official Launch and Orientation Workshop held at Room No. 304, DSEU Dwarka Campus. The programme was attended by the Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, senior University officials, Deans, Campus Directors, Heads of Departments and faculty members.

The Framework, approved by the Board of Management of DSEU, marks an important step towards establishing a structured institutional mechanism for strengthening the University’s engagement with industry through consultancy, research, collaboration and academic mentorship.

The programme commenced with the ceremonial lamp lighting and Saraswati Vandana, followed by the felicitation of Prof. Ashok Kumar Nagawat, Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, DSEU, by Prof. Ajay Kumar Singh Singholi, Dean (Consultancy) and the organising team.

Prof. (Dr.) Hemant Gautam, Convenor of the Drafting Committee, subsequently provided an overview of the drafting process of the Industrial Consultancy Framework 2026, highlighting the systematic development of the institutional policy.

The key highlight of the programme was the official release of the approved Consultancy Policy Booklet by Hon’ble Vice Chancellor Prof. Ashok Kumar Nagawat, in the presence of senior University functionaries, the Drafting Committee and the organising team.

Following the release, Prof. Ajay Kumar Singh Singholi, Dean (Consultancy), presented the Operational Roadmap of the Framework, covering important operational components including Forms A–F, CPIN allocation and the Revenue Split model. The orientation was aimed at familiarising stakeholders with the procedures for implementation of the Framework.

The workshop also featured an address by Dr. Pankaj Lathar, Controller of Finance, DSEU, on the Administrative and Legal Governance aspects of the Consultancy Framework. The session provided stakeholders with an overview of the governance dimensions associated with consultancy activities.

The programme concluded with the Presidential Address and Guidance by Hon’ble Vice Chancellor Prof. Ashok Kumar Nagawat, followed by the Vote of Thanks proposed by Dr. Narayan Agrawal, Campus Director, DSEU Dwarka Campus.

The launch of the DSEU Industrial Consultancy Framework 2026 represents an important institutional initiative towards building a stronger and more structured ecosystem for industry–academia collaboration, professional consultancy and knowledge exchange. The Framework, together with its defined operational procedures and governance mechanisms, provides an institutional foundation for expanding meaningful engagement between DSEU’s academic community and the industrial ecosystem.
