Admission to all undergraduate and graduate programs at Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University Delhi (AUD) has started for the academic session 2026-2027. It is founded by the Delhi government. A total of 1,194 seats have been released for the 23 UG courses across art and social sciences programmes. As per the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, candidates will be admitted to both the three-year and four-year degree programs through CUET-UG 2026 score. Interested candidates can fill out the online application forms on the official admission portal,CUET UG admission site of AUD.
They are requested to get themselves registered well in advance of the last date to avoid any technical glitch, keep an eye on the website of AUD to be updated and read up on all admission criterion for the respective courses before filling the form.
Post Graduate Curriculum Framework (PGCF) will launch a total of seven new one-year post-graduate courses and at least five new under-graduate programmes. The new academic session will see programmes like the MA in Creative Writing and the MA in Performing Arts (Theatre Arts) to be launched,PTI learned from officials. One such undergraduate course to be launched is the BA in Museology, Culture and Heritage Management. Officials dubbed this “one of the first programmes of its kind at the university level in India.”
Additionally, the varsity is revising its math program. In line with authorities, the brand new curriculum will see theBA(Honours) Mathematics being phased out and changed by a BSc Mathematics. In addition, aBA in Visual Arts is being initiated and a minor in synthetic intelligence and data science will probably be launched in the brand new programme.
The authority revealed that 180 candidates acquired 100th percentile in two topics and 22 candidates scored within the 100th percentile in three topics. As many as 3,214 candidates received the 100th percentile in a single topic.
In CUET UG 2026 registration, ladies comprised almost half of the total registrations with 7,74,607 ladies submitting purposes in comparison with 7,94,257 male candidates. However, over two-fifths of the candidates appeared for the examination had been women - 5,85,596 ladies against 5,78,500 males. Two of the three candidates who registered underneath the third gender classification appeared for the take a look at. Overall, 11,64,098 candidates registered for CUET UG 2026.
