March 3rd Class 10, 12 Exams 2026 rescheduled: CBSE
...

Due to administrative matters, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has made a revision to the schedule for the Class 10, 12 Exams 2026 on March 3. A few major subjects have been shifted to different dates according to the new timetable released by the board.

The academic elective papers (Group A2) of Class 10, consisting of National Cadet Corps (NCC) and Bookkeeping and Accountancy Elements, along with the regional and foreign language papers (Tibetan, Bhoti, Bhutia, Bodo, Tangkhul, Mizo, Kashmiri, German, Japanese, Spanish, and Bahasa Melayu), will be conducted on March 11. The Class 12 Legal Studies paper will take place on April 10 rather than March 3 as originally scheduled.

Dr. Sanyam Bhardwaj, Controller of Examinations, issued a circular to the heads of CBSE-affiliated schools stating: "Due to administrative considerations, the subject examinations for Class 10 and Class 12, earlier scheduled for March 3, 2026, have been rescheduled. The new date for Class 10 is March 11, 2026, and for Class 12, it is April 10, 2026. The other exam dates will remain unchanged."

Internal date sheets should be altered by schools in line with the schedules of CBSE, which has assured that the updated dates will also be printed on the admit cards.
